Crapbook
I created Crapbook on a saturday morning to check out how to build a super basic Electron app. Since then I use it a lot so it might actually be useful for others too.
It's basically a textarea and whatever I enter is stored in local storage. I use it to take quick notes that I may need in the next 10 mins but I don't want to open a Paper doc for them. Or for composing longer Slack messages without accidentally sending them... But the main point of it is that – unlike a regular note taking app – it naturally stays clean by not having the option to create multiple notes and kinda forcing me to delete the text that I don't need anymore.
